The EDGE program being implemented Nationally (all over Ethiopia) aligns with Ethiopia’s Digital Ethiopia 2025 strategy, which recognizes IT-enabled services as a key driver of economic growth and job creation. By focusing on digital solutions and platform-based models, EDGE aims to empower young women and vulnerable groups, creating over 300,000 sustainable job opportunities in the outsourcing industry.

In collaboration with its consortium partners – iCog Anyone Can Code Consultancy PLC, Qua Qua Capitals, and R&D Group – Hybrid Designs PLC, a pioneer in the gig economy, will drive the implementation of this transformative program. Through a combination of innovative strategies, including skill development, enterprise support, and market access, EDGE will contribute to Ethiopia’s digital transformation and economic prosperity.
